Refund policy

• We will process and deliver your item within 7-14 days (or earlier) of placing the order. However, delivery times are subject to current order volume.
• A tracking id will be issued to you once you have placed your order with us.
• We have a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy on all products so please be sure about sizes and your preferred design before placing your order.
• Any damaged or defective goods will be exchanged providing details and an image of said defect are sent to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• In case of an exchange, only an identical design will be replaced. Replacements will only be initiated once the goods have reached FANAAN from the buyer.
